The iconic Maddur Vada known for making the town "Maddur" famous, where it was originally made, is now baked at Sampoorna Ahara too, but yes without a drop of oil. The crunch, spices and taste, it brings is absolutely fantastic.
We wanted to bring you all the goodness of it without the oil and here is our healthy snack version of it.
Ingredients: Brown Rice, Millet, Whole Wheat, Ginger, Green Chilli, Curry Leaves, Coriander leaves, Red Chilli, Cumin, Cashew, Salt**, Till or Peanut
