Our policy for products lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All our products are perishable and hence we cannot extend the returns policy beyond 24 hours.
Our refund policy for workshops and other services last until three days prior to the date of the workshop. Cancellation up to three days prior to a workshop will give you 100% refund. Refund amount can be reclaimed only as a discount on a future repeat of the same work
shop you signed up for.
ArtyPlantz Nature Revitalization Private Limited
is not liable to refund the amount as cash, transfer or any other means if the workshop you signed up for, is not repeated in the future. However, the amount can be transferred to another participant, family or friend. This refund policy holds true for all our workshops and services unless otherwise mentioned on the registration web page.
Please note: Processing fees cannot be refunded.
Online workshops, downloadable software products, and gift cards are not eligible for a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed with immediate effect. The refund for products will be credited back to you in 45 days or less. The refund will not be credited back to you directly for workshops and other services. The refund will be kept towards a future workshop, as described above.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items and discounted items cannot be refunded (except in case of workshops, where you are eligible for the refund as per conditions stated above)
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:
